David Spofford, CEO
David has 20 years of telecom, management consulting, and business ownership experience. In 2000, he co-founded Xigo (formerly Invoice Insight) with its CTO Robert Smith. David was named President of TEMIA (the Telecom Expense Management Industry Association) in 2007. He has successfully led Xigo to three consecutive top rankings by Gartner Group and in 2006 and 2007 to Deloitte’s Fast 50 list recognizing the fastest growing companies in Virginia. In 2005, he was recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist for the Greater Washington Area. As a co-founder of telecom tariff and contract consulting firm Morgan Tariff Management in the 1990’s, David successfully developed its consulting practice and was responsible for sales, solution development, and services delivery.

Robert Smith, CTO
Robert has more than 20 years of experience developing client server and web-based information systems, building data warehouses and telecom analysis applications, and developing security applications for SRA International and Talos Technology Consulting. Robert co-founded Xigo in 2000. He also served as CTO of StoneHouse EBA, a Web-based electronic bill analysis company.

Dave Snow, CMO
Dave has more than 20 years of network communications experience with both large and small companies. Before joining Xigo, Dave was Vice President of Field Operations at Cerylion, where he designed and launched the company’s network financial management product and service offerings. While at Cerylion, Dave also led the development and implementation of the company’s TEM Performance Metrics as later published by Gartner and TEMIA. Previous to that, he was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at PictureTel, Inc., delivering over $500M in annual revenues from network video collaboration solutions sold in 72 countries, leading to PictureTel’s successful merger with Polycom in 2001.
Dave specializes in channel and strategic planning, early stage revenue development and web -centric marketing, sales and delivery.
