There’s no catch. To be sure though, we do have services that you can buy as your needs grow. We have invested heavily in the Xigo Now (free) service and we will continue to invest and enhance the service for the long term. There is also a “Pro” version of Xigo Now that requires a small monthly subscription to manage some of the more complicated workflow automation tasks associated with mobile cost management. -
What are the system requirements for using Xigo Now?
Xigo Now lives in the “cloud”. If you have access to the Internet and you’re using one of the more popular Internet browsers, then you have everything you need to use Xigo Now. -
How many mobile phones can I manage with Xigo Now?
Xigo Now does not have an upper limit on the number of mobile phones that you are able to manage under a single Xigo Now (free) account. However as a practical matter, when the number of mobile phones that you’re trying to manage starts to exceed 500+ devices, then the needs of most companies will require the assistance of experts. If you have internal experts, then by all means use their talents. Xigo is ready to grow with you e.g., from DIY self-service through the assistance of Xigo’s experts. -
What countries and what carriers does Xigo Now support?
Xigo Now is intended for use by anyone, anywhere, but as a practical matter we only support U.S. carriers e.g., Verizon Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint today. We are in the process of adding more carriers in more countries. Please let us know which are most important to you. -
What’s the difference between Xigo Now and other expense management options?
Xigo Now is a one-of-a-kind DIY service that can deliver immediate benefits right now. Other expense management options are project-oriented endeavors and can literally take months before any benefit is realized. -

Xigo Now is our basic free self-service version; Xigo Pro is also self-service but requires a nominal monthly subscription to manage the more complicated workflow automation and reporting tasks associated with larger-scale mobile cost management. Xigo Enterprise is a complete set of expert capability on a unified platform – from wireless to wire line – that you can pick and chose from as your needs dictate. -
What is a Xigo?
Pronounced Zī – go; Xigo is a rare earth element that was omitted from the Periodic Table because of its unknown origin. Xigo has an atomic number of 119, and with an atomic weight of 294. Xigo is non-metallic and its color is unknown but presumed to be a colorless gas. Just kidding… We get asked this question all the time so we made something up. It really doesn’t mean a thing. We simply liked the fact that it had 4 letters and an “X”. -
What is Xigo Pro?
Xigo Pro is an enhanced version of Xigo Now that adds high-value features to the solution while retaining its self-service model. It is not free, but its cost (as low as $95/month) is extremely modest compared to other mobile management solutions. -
What is the difference between Xigo Now (free) and Xigo Pro (small monthly fee)?
Xigo Pro adds important features that anyone managing a moderately large mobile communications network will appreciate. Features like the ability to automate workflows, automatically assign GL and client codes, view detailed reports and other strategic capabilities make it a more robust solution. -
If I just have fixed line requirements, what solution should I be looking at?
Xigo Enterprise. Both Xigo Now and Xigo Pro are designed to work exclusively with mobile solutions and services. For your needs, Xigo Enterprise extends the Xigo platform to fixed line networks. -
If I have mobile only concerns, what solutions should I be looking at?

Why did you change the name from Invoice Insight?
Well, if your company was named “Invoice Insight,” wouldn’t you change the name? Seriously, we were called Invoice Insight when our solutions were designed to work primarily with communications invoices with a focus on fixed-line networks. We wanted to mark our forward progress with both mobility and lifecycle network management, so changed the name to “Xigo.” Why Xigo? It’s just a name we liked – and we thought the X was cool. -
Was the company sold?
No, we are still privately held, and owned by the same folks who started the company. -
Was the change in response to something happening elsewhere in the industry I should know about?
Not really, no – we did think a name change was in order as the industry moves towards mobile communications, and also whatever changes are upcoming. We just thought our old name sounded … well, old. -
How does this change benefit me?
Let’s see -- Xigo is only 4 letters and much easier to say than Invoice Insight. Other than that, the main benefit to our customers is enhanced services, and the addition of the free Xigo Now. -
